After your security system has been installed the GSS service team will offer a comprehensive service package which will give you as the customer 100% support with your security products throughout the year.
A service package includes:
- An Annual Certified service visit
- Call out service in the event of system fault
- CCTV download service in the event of Criminal Offence
- CCTV Application updates for new mobile devices
- System alteration or adjustment to accommodate a change in your property
